How Jaild for iPhone, this website, and the browser demo handle your information.

Screen Time features
Jaild uses Apple’s FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks to schedule blocks for the apps you select, with optional Hard Mode. Screen Time authorization is required for these features and is managed by iOS.
App data and storage
Jaild stores block names, schedules and repeat days, protection settings, Hard Mode preferences, locally generated block identifiers, and Apple Screen Time selection tokens in shared on-device storage used by the app and its extensions. The app uses these settings to apply restrictions. Its schedule summary is calculated from saved schedules rather than measured usage history.
The current version does not include accounts, a developer-operated server, cloud sync, or in-app purchases. Device backups may contain app data according to your Apple device and backup settings.
Troubleshooting records
To help diagnose scheduling problems, Jaild keeps local troubleshooting records on your device for up to 24 hours. They contain event times, event types, permission state, counts, and numeric error codes. They do not include selected app names, app tokens, or browsing history.
Nothing is sent automatically. You can view these records in the app, share a report yourself using the iOS share sheet, or clear them at any time.
Analytics and third-party services
The current version includes no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not transmit app data to a developer server. Apple operates the system Screen Time services.
Apple may make crash reports and diagnostic information available to the developer through its developer tools. For App Store installations, sharing depends on your Apple analytics settings; TestFlight automatically shares crash reports. See Apple’s crash-report documentation and App Analytics & Privacy for more information.
Support correspondence
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to send, including any report you share, will be available to the developer and the email services used to handle your request. Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox and used only to respond to and resolve your request. Support emails are deleted within 12 months after the request is resolved.
This website
We have not added analytics scripts, advertising trackers, signup forms, embedded third-party media, or cookies to this website. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes request metadata, such as IP addresses and technical request details, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
The browser demo
The demo uses fictional plans and simulated app categories. Changes stay in browser memory while the demo is open and reset when it reloads. It does not request Screen Time permissions, read your usage, or block apps, and we do not send demo selections to a server.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Saved blocks remain in the app’s local storage until you delete or replace them. An active Hard Mode block must reach its scheduled end before it can be edited or deleted. Troubleshooting records are kept for up to 24 hours and can be cleared in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device; copies in device backups are governed by your backup settings. Screen Time authorization can be changed in iOS Settings.
