01Pick the apps.

Choose what pulls you away; iPhone’s Screen Time does the blocking.

02Set the hours and days.

Up to 12 blocks: evenings, focus mornings, weekdays only. They can run past midnight.

03Hard Mode, if you want it.

No stopping, skipping, or editing in the app while a block runs. A promise to yourself.

Good questions.

How do I get Jaild?

Jaild is in beta through TestFlight, Apple’s app for pre-release apps. Tap Join, install TestFlight if asked, then install Jaild. It’s free during the beta; the App Store release comes later.

Can I turn a block off early?

Normally, yes. With Hard Mode on, Jaild has no stop, skip, edit, or delete until the block ends. iOS still lets you revoke Screen Time access or delete the app. It’s a commitment, not a cage.

What does Jaild see?

Apple’s Screen Time keeps your app choices private. Jaild has no account, no analytics, and no tracking, and your plans stay on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.
